Will The Circle Be Unbroken

In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and His children shall have a place of refuge.

Proverbs 14:26

There’s an old song that is titled “Will the Circle be Unbroken.” The song deals with the death of a family member. Although there is sorrow at the death of this loved one, the song reminds us that we will all be united in time.

“Will the circle be unbroken, by and by, Lord, by and by.
There’s a better home a’waiting, in the sky, Lord, in the sky.”

Family is very important. Worshiping together as family is even more important. The Devil hates families that worship together. He doesn’t mind if you and your family are religious, but he does mind that families have a relationship with Jesus. He doesn’t want you to take your children to Heaven with you. He wants to break up the family unit.
And this is exactly what is happening today. We are losing an entire generation. Our children are being left behind to die and go to hell because we are running with Satan and not against him.
The founder of the Salvation Army once prayed, “Oh God, I will not stand before Thee without all my children.” We should do the same. We should not let the Devil take our children. We should do all we can to instill in them the love of Jesus.
Be firm, mom. Be firm, dad. Love your children. Hold them close and love them to Jesus.
